酱油肉

  1. Rinse and dry pork belly;
  2. cut to 2cm width slices
  3. Massage each slice with high profile alcohol
  4. mixed soy sauce with white pepper, anis, black pepper, cinnamon powder. pepper corns, ginger.
  5. Marinate and massage the pork
  6. Soak for 15 hours.
  7. hang them to dry and it will be ready in a week.
